I first thought that my desk copy might be a mistake in printing, however when the supply of books for this semester arrived they too do not have any printing on the front. Has anyone else received theirs with a plain white front cover? A: The white cover is not a mistake - one of the inspirations for the cover was the Beatles' White Album.
